Handler 26A lathe won't spin true

I'm not really a tool guy but use lathes in my business...Hearing aids...I have 2 Handler 18 atlas Jacob type chucks which spin crooked...Do I need to seat the brass piece with more power or buy a better chuck?...Thanks in advance...GG
