Hi Y'all On the cover of Fine Woodworking April 2004 shows a man doing some resawing on a bandsaw utilising a [gravity powered] feeder. Unfortunately, this issue didn't cover the feeder. The article was actually about bandsaw blades. Has there been an article (in this mag or another) covering the feeder? TIA Joe
I saw that too and NTMK, it hasn't been covered. Looked pretty straightforward - full extension drawer slide, pully, rope. Couldn't figure out a good way to attach the stock to the jig without screwing it in.
The writer only made that fixture to test bandsaw blades. He was not to concerend with make a project, just testing speed and the quality of the cut.
