Just remember TIN and black are coatings. Coating on top of what ? Is the metal High Speed Steel or just low grade metal. Martin

they are made in china and the price is cheap
they are basically tools for homeowners hobbiests and not pro grade
i would not expect much from them and the reviews were mixed but by now i think most know what they will get

Makes no difference. Cheese can't drill into steel for a home owner either.

That might be a reasonable assumption if the bits are not HSS.
