finger joints on RAS

Anyone figured out how to consistenly make snug finger joints on a RAS? OK, now that you are over the shock, do you have an answer :)

don't know about doing them an RAS, but if you DAGS for "box joints on a radial arm saw" minus the quotes, should turn up something.
