Way over rated. Save your money.

For the same money, I highly recommend

The Complete Illustrated Guide by Taunton Press

The complete set has Construction, Shaping Wood, and Joinery book volumes. Excellent pictures and reference set.

I have not seen the CD, but the only advantage might be movie clips (if it has that at all) that shows techniques. Perhaps some day FWW will release a DVD set.

OK - here's a thought. With dollars that you _must_ spend on Taunton publishing products, what's the best deal ?

A FWW disk set ?

An ongoing sub to FWW ?

Some of their existing books ? Which ones ?
