Have you tried Capital Crispin Veneers in Stratford, East London? No website! but an email address is listed.

Their catalogue has lots of good information about veneers & veneering techniques. It's available as a scanned version online, but unfortunately it is difficult to navigate. However, there's so much good stuff in it that I would still recommend a browse if you can't get them to send you the printed catalogue.
