Hi all I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar CDi condensing boiler I wonder if anyone could help me with a flashing code on the display It is flashing 5E and then back to temperature Is this a fault It seems to be working OK. Many thanks Rick Westerly 2219 DAVICO
It's not in the 25CDi manual but it might be in one for one of the others? Have you looked? If it's not in the manual you may need to talk to Worcester technical.
We have a 30CDi and had the same code flashing. The Worcester guy who was in to replace the door flap said it means SErvice which I had kind of sussed as the boiler was approaching its 1st anniversary! Well when I say approaching I mean approx 10 months. He keyed in a sequence of front panel buttons (which of course I missed whilst blinking!) and cleared it. I think it needed a reset after that. So don't worry your, boiler's just reminding you to spend more cash!
