Weeping shower

Any advice on how to stop a shower panel from weeping.

I keep sealing it and resealing it and tearing off the old sealant and re-resealing it, but still water squeezes through between the shower tray and the shower panel, soaking through into the floor and into the downstairs flat. At this rate it's going to dissolve the floor and end up *in* the downstairs flat.

I'm using dichloroxy shower sealant, not "waterproof filler".

Without seeing any pictures, my guess is that it's not leaking from where you keep applying sealant, but from somewhere else. I'd get down and test it with a jug of water and see where it's coming through, my guess is that it's either getting through the joint between wall and panel, or there's a crack in the shower tray.

If in fact it is coming through where you think, you'll need to clean it off, dry it *thoroughly* with a hair dryer, then apply silicone bathroom sealant on both sides of the panel / tray joint
