Although I'm following on from your first post I have read most of the comments up to now.

I had an annexe built on to my main house a few years ago and had a similar issue to yourself. The answer was a twin impeller pump that took both hot and cold and pumped them to all outlets apart from the cold in the kitchen which was at mains pressure. The unit that was fitted was one of these and apart from pumping up the pressure in the flow sensor once in ten years and cleaning out the pump when it was left unused for a couple of years it has behaved perfectly and provides more than enough pressure for a shower and fills a bath in minutes.

Maybe this could give you an idea how to adapt your system?
