any tips on how to bleed the heat exchanger on the above?

I'm nigh on certain the bleeding is performed by an auto air bleed unit located near trhe top of the boiler. The dust cap may not be open (it usually get closed because the whole unit had started to leak water). The unit may be stuck fast with crud.
