I'll produce such a bmp file if there is popular support for such action. If all those email address where put on one email you could hit them all with one throw.

Send them a nice long message, one large character per page at a time. You may need to put a small page number in the corner so they know the order they should go in :-p

I guess people who were unhappy with their tactics could phone them up on 0871 272 22 22 - the number on their site. Oh.... hang on ..... that means you'll pay through the nose and that they'll collect money from your call. Much better to phone them on 01208 813195 to give them some "feedback".
