Tricity Bendix washing machine AW 1200 W

This has stopped dispensing the conditioner. Any useful advice will be welcome.

Do you mean that the conditioner sits in the drawer and is still there at the end of the cycle?

If so a common problem is that the tube which siphons the conditioner into the machine is blocked. You should clean the drawer as in the instructions for the washing machine. It is particularly important to remove the drawer (by pressing the catch downwards and by pulling it out). Remove the top part to make it easier to clean. Pay special attention to the holes. Then put it back together and back in the machine. You should then be able to check that the siphon works by leaving the drawer out a bit and slowly pouring water into the fabric conditioner compartment. Once it gets near the top stop pouring and see if the water siphons through.

If that's OK but the conditioner still does not go through on a washing cycle then it's possible that the water is not going into the conditioner compartment. That might mean that the water valve which feeds the fabric conditioner has failed. But I don't know if that machine uses a separate valve or a nozzle that swivels into the fabric compartment as the program selector moves round. And then again there are possible errors with the programmer. So over to those who do know.
