Only the abberant ones. Normally this is not the case.

The real problem arises when a substantial minority insists on remaining strangers, ie failing to integrate. Always end in violence. Sri lanka, Bosnia/Serbia, Congo, Rwanda, India. Burma Ireland.

And muslims everywhere, demanding sharia law for everyone. Like in North Africa and the ME right now

The minority ends up demanding "rights" changes that impinge on the majority so initiating the violence.
