Tiling - which grout

Which grout is best to use for the gap between wall tiles and floor tiles? The wall grout, which is white on white tiles; or the floor grout, which is limestone on beige tiles and is flexible to suit the wooden floor?

Or, as it's a bathroom, would silicone be a better option?

If you tiled the walls last, use wall grout.

If the movement cracks it all out, redo with silicone

Walls are all tiled and were done first so they overlap onto the floor. Two out of four walls grouted.

Floor tiled and waiting to be grouted next so I can fix toilet and washbasin asap.

Just a case of whether I leave wall/floor joint ungrouted until I finish grouting walls or I include it in floor grouting. Which will look better...
