The angle grinder saga continues

Just got given a Lidl 9-incher :) I am awash with angle grinders - actually, the Lidl jobbie seems quite nice; the Makita is better finished and feels more 'quality', but for the price I expect the Lidl ag will make a good account of itself. It's got a couple of minor but important points - a quick-flip shield adjuster and a movable rear handle. With a 3-year guarantee, I'm not worried if it pegs out prematurely.

I bought the Lidl one expressly to cut out a larger hole in brick for a new window. I was surprised just how good it was - although the diamond blade cost nearly as much. It was cheaper than hiring.

In a flash, it came to me - I now have a cutting blade on the Lidl, which with the rotatable handle is dead suitable, and the Makita sports a grinding disc. No more tedious swapping of discs.

I've got three 4.5in ones for car stuff - for that reason. They're so cheap it seems silly not to. And of course even cheap ones will last longer when the work is shared across them.

And you laughed at IMM for suggesting three combis for each floor of the house and sharing the work between them ;-)

Where is he these days?

Perhaps boilers are cheap to you. ;-)

Probably disappeared up his own rectum.
