My Sennheiser microphone had two bits of stick-on foam as a cushion where the headband touches my face.

Have you spoken to Sennheiser?
As for hypoallergenic..try not wearing a headset at all.
Has the foam failed or just the sticky?
If the foam is OK a bit of double sided tape should to the trick.
If the foam has failed and Senny don't do the spare I'd start looking at absorbent foam wound dressings for the foam pad (but don't expect to find black, "caucasian" is more likely) and you may still need double sided tape to fix it. The self adhesive wound dressings tend not to be foamy where the adhesive is.
In the end, I bought some hypoallergenic stick on felt.
