Rodrigo Lopez, 33, was caught by police with a parcel containing £15,960 of cocaine after he picked it up from the post office.

The father of one had agreed to be a link for a drugs cartel after visiting family in South America with his three-year-old daughter.

Lopez provided an old address for a Starbucks shop in Bath, Somerset and gave a fake name hoping the drugs package would be delivered to a store next door.

But he was foiled when the cocaine was intercepted by UK Border Agents in November 2013 and he was sentenced to three years in jail at Bristol Crown Court today.
