Second Log Cabin....is planning required?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I have a log cabin in the back garden measuring 30m2. Would I require planning permission to put up a small (3 x 3m) shed or log cabin next to it about a couple of metres from it?

Both structures would not take up 50% of the garden.
