I zoomed the map out. That's beyond the back of beyond! It's 5000 miles beyond the back of beyond. However, it is on the trans-siberian railway. :)

You do have to climb up to get electrocuted, on railway crossing where there is a 3rd rail, you just have to walk a short way.

I have seen some pole-mounted substations in Sri Lanka, where the LV fuses where conveniently mounted within reach from the ground, and with live parts exposed. Also light switches (non-weatherproof!) mounted on electricity poles for some streetlights.

When you have eliminated the JavaScript, whatever remains must be an empty page. Enable JavaScript to see Google Maps. Or get an application that runs true to current standards (sans Ellison.)

At least Google is aware it is plainly running on evil these days.
