It will work just as well as ours. Why protect idiots from killing themselves?
I zoomed the map out. That's beyond the back of beyond! It's 5000 miles beyond the back of beyond. However, it is on the trans-siberian railway. :)
You do have to climb up to get electrocuted, on railway crossing where there is a 3rd rail, you just have to walk a short way.
Looks like it's low enough to reach.
Don't they have fences, or require you to jump down from the platform?

I have seen some pole-mounted substations in Sri Lanka, where the LV fuses where conveniently mounted within reach from the ground, and with live parts exposed. Also light switches (non-weatherproof!) mounted on electricity poles for some streetlights.
Nice to see some places aren't health and softy.
