RS Relay 349 440

RS say Relay 349 440 no longer available Is there a replacement available which will plug into the same base? Used in sunvic terminal box for central heating.

Presumably its an octal base or something. Anyway, such things are usualy far easier and quicker to repair than replace. Take off the cover if it has one, and file the switch contacts clean with very very fine paper. Done.

Thanks to all people who replied. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the old one! it was the Printed Circuit board at fault. The current Circuit Board comes complete with fixed relay instead of a plug in one.
