Repaint

When we moved into our current house I tool the time and effort to sand back all our skirting and door frames and glossed them. They had the typical drips down. They are in good condition now but need to be repainted.

I was told wiping them down with White Spirit will revive them. They are not discoloured at all just tired. I am not well enough to undercoat them all again and regloss them so is there a quicker way of rejuvenating them please?

Yes, just wash them. And if necessary touch up any paint chips. I've done this before occasionally when there was no time for a proper repaint, and it works surprisingly well.

you're too ill to do painting it also has the advantage that you can do a bit as and when, doesnt need doing in one go.
