Hmmm, odd, there is no requirement to take the suplimentary bonds in a bathroom back to the CU. In effect you usually do indirectly, since you will usually bond the CPCs of any circuits in there as well, which will return to the CU. (hence Andy's question about if this was the entry point of the water main into the house - which id the circumstance that would require a dedicated connection to the CU)
IME 6mm^2 is very nearly as much as a PITA as 10mm^2 anyway...
