Had problems with the shower always leaking - seems to be the grout getting porous. Desperate measures so used so waterproofing stuff for outside walls - Thompsons water seal - and it seems to have done the trick!
Are you sure it's not hairline cracks in the grouting? If so, I suspect the Thompson's would probably have filled them.
