PLUS GAS Releasing fluid

Personally, I always use a mixture of 75% paraffin and 25% sae90 gearbox oil in an old window cleaner spray bottle. Blow torch the nuts before applying if at all possible, not however, whilst applying!! Leave for a good few hours, and repeat if necessary. Beware of flames! Regards Capitol

However, (from memory alone) Consumers' Assoc. did a test several years ago on rusted up nuts in which cola drink did pretty well - better than the worst proper products but not as good as the best. For that sort of job, and assuming a one off or emergency situation, a can of cheap cola is pretty much unbeatable on price.
