Bought an extendable double sided shaving mirror in Homebase just last week - reasonable price and decent quality.

Bought online via Amazon - next day delivery :)

Either they didn't stock it when I looked, or the one near me didn't have it in.

Easier to buy online, be covered by the DSR, and have never had an issue with Amazon in 19 years.

Shite.

They used* to be good. The right size and able to withstand a feather being put inside. Then they withdrew them. I have a 2 month email exchange with their customer services, and received a series of free samples to "help them understand their customer". All of which were s**te. They use the title "quality Assurance technicians" btw.

In the end it was Amazon.
