Sorry for going well OT, but thought somone here might know or point me to a still alive newsgroup apprpropriate to ask in.

Are credit card companies obliged to display Annual Percentage Rate on monthly statements, recent statements have on a MBNA card have monthly rates but no APR shown anywhere?

Thanks Adam

There's your problem; MBNA.

Lying, thieving, usurious bastards. Cut it up and get a proper credit card.

Uk.legal seems to think it is obligation to put APR on advertising but may not actually be obligation to put it on statements, along with advertising "typical" APR who said lobbying dosen`t work....

No dispute there.

Thinning of the card herds here, MBNA is one that has to go, but they have been and I quote "Lying, thieving, usurious bastards" so like to cut up the company as much as possible along with the card. Anything that involves human intervention is expensive for card companies, Fun is asking short questions that require long answers, pound of flesh works both ways.
