I haven't, but on smaller beading would a mitre box not be easier?
Looks useful for wider stuff though.

It is interesting - magnets hold the saw vertical, MDPE sliders allow the saw to slide.
Although I am probably better off getting a sliding mitre saw with depth stop for trenching and be done with it :-)
