Um ... not bad if you are interested in 2 year old stuff.

Isn't x-no-archive only meant to function if it's in the headers, or at the top of the body text, rather than below your (non) signature?

Ta very much. On Agent it's in the Group menu under default properties.

Well, since the subject has come up, and since I've subscribed almost since the beginning... it's not really meant to be a competitor for T3 and Stuff and the like; it's more of a quiet look at the uses to which technology is put. T3 may rave about the new handheld Nintendo DS, but the current issue of LwT has an article by someone who actually writes software for the things.

Innovations magazine may be trying to sell you the latest One-4-All multi remote, but LwT has had several articles recently explaining how to trouble-shoot and repair old remote controls which may simply need a bit of TLC to restore them to good working condition.

You may have heard about microfibre cloths, tried a few cheap ones and discarded them as another pseudo-scientific fad, but (again in the current issue) LwT has an in-depth investigation into the technology behind these fibres and reveals that not everything called microfibre is the same, that health authorities have given them a (cautious) thumbs-up, and that there is a definite technique needed to get best use out of them.

Not condoning Bill H for posting unsolicited commercial messages, but given that they're still giving away two free issues it's worth a look, isn't it? Ask Mary if you don't believe me :-)

Hwyl!

M.
