many sources of information.

If you know what you are doing it is relatively easy. The most difficult bit is often fixing the shower mixer to the wall in a waterproof fashion.

If your header tank is not drained by running a bath it should be fine for a power shower. The cold feed to the shower must come from this tank and the connection must be below the level of the connection that feeds the hot cylinder.

?_dyncharset=UTF-8&fh_search=shower+flange&x=0&y=0is the sort of thing that provides the best connection to the hot water cylinder.
