how to make 2 zones to existing common CH system in home & in annex

We have 3 bedrooms & an annex of 2 bedrooms & would like to be able to have different temperatures in the two spaces.

Is it possible & what is required to modify the system & roughly what cost to expect.

The Boiler is one year old & the system is pressurised with large OZO tank all in the same boiler room.

Thanx Nick

Fitting thermostatic rad valves would be an easy solution.

A lot depends on the existing pipework. Ideally you would want the annexe to have its own radiator flow and return pipes back to wherever the circulation pump is and zone valve is, which is probably between the boiler and hot water cylinder.

If you've got that then the cost is a motorised valve, and a stat/programmer for the annexe, and a couple of hours to connect to the pipes.

A common return pipe is normal. Only separate feeds are needed. Other options depending on use are programmable TRVs,
