There are no holes in the rear to facilitate wall hanging, but even if there were, wall hanging would be unsightly because of the cables which plug into the rear. Even if only wireless is used, there will be a power cable plus cable from the phone socket.

Yes all these various isps router/modems seem to be very poorly designed. IE no aerial socket, its inside, and narrow on the bottom so the cables pull it over or off a shelf. I think the old modems which were rectangular wer much mor sensible. who wants to make a feature of a modem anyway.

That might be _almost_ possible.

Since all the connectors are on the back face, you can't attach that to the wall & if you stuck the front face to the wall, with No_More_Nails or similar, you wouldn't be able to see the pretty lightshow on that face.

Attach velcro pads to those spring-loaded feet & mount it so it is at right-angles to the wall. Better make sure there is some (wall mounted) strain relief for those cables or they will cause problems.

Or... Put it on a shelf, as Jabba suggested.

Put it in a bin where it belongs and get something designed to work, not to look pretty in adverts with stupid students creaming their jeans over transfer speeds.

Haven't seen any adverts so that bit doesn't worry me.

They do work quite well, but the one thing I dislike about them is that they do not provide any data on sig/noise ratio or line attenuation - which is necessary information when you're trying to track down wiring problems.

I wall mounted one of my routers with a bent piece of galvanised wire.

Hard to a wall might effect the RF performance.
