I have put links for pictures below as this should explain it better.
Both these corners have what looks like a piece on concrete missing which allows some drips to run down the corner of the house and stains it red, how best to repair?

The fault is the fibre cement under cloak is short of the gutter and needs = extending. The cement fillet has been pointed flush, this should be pointed= back of the edge of the tile to form an overhang, this also stops the ingr= ess of rainwater from entering behind the cement fillet pointing
Would this be an easy fix to extend the fibre cement, it has been like this I assume since the ext was built late 80s (we only recently moved in)
kipper at sea..... All the surrounding houses are built the same with a concrete edge so I would assume its ok, but will get my son to check it.
"The staining looks like algae to me" It does look like that as there does appear to be a green tinge however from 50 yards back it is a distinct reddish colour that matches the tiles and the guttering was overflowing at that part before cleaning.
guttering. As the wall under the verge strip as PVC barge fitted. This may= help to prevent water stain algae, as the rain will now run onto the barge= board instead of the stucco wall finish.
Yes I got the new stuff fitted earlier in the year, I wanted to get that and a few other repairs done before I paint the outside.
