My Fluidmaster has started to make a high pitched squeal as it starts to fill. Any ideas - is it a sign of something failing? It seems to be a noise made by the water - rather than anything mechanical.

My Fluidmaster has started to make a high pitched squeal as it starts to fill. Any ideas - is it a sign of something failing? It seems to be a noise made by the water - rather than anything mechanical.
Check there isn't a mouse caught between the float and valve pivot.
