As per subject, just use the two screw holes, or bed it in some sticky stuff too?
A bead of silicone sealant on the bottom - just inboard from the edge, so that it doesn't show - is a good idea to keep it firm. Don't tighten the screws too much - it's very easy to crack the toilet!
