Ferroli Combi ~ hot water keeps stopping

My ageing Combi has recently started shutting down the hot water supply after 10 sec or so. It will then re-fire the boiler and supply more hot water. This process does repeat. If I crank the CH up high, the hot water will run OK..... An thoughts? Thanks Mike
