engineered floor uneven

I just installed an engineered wood floor over a concrete screed subfloor. I notice that there is an area where the floor moves slightly when walked upon. I'm guessing that this is caused by a variation in the level of the subfloor. Would you agree with this? I know there is an allowable variation of 2-3mm in the subfloor, but I have no way of knowing the extent of this with the wood floor down. I'm just worried that over time this may cause cracking. With hindsight I know we should have checked the floor level more carefully, but didn't, so I'd like to know the best course of action from here. Would you say it's advisable to uninstall the floor (fortunately woodlock planks) and apply levelling compound? Any advice appreciated.

Thanks. Andrew.

Would the wood floor have warped by water absorption from the concrete sub floor or was the movement apparent immediately after laying, a friend of mine laid a planked wood floor on concrete and that warped quite badly, I dont know how long he left the conc sub floor before installing the wood Just a thought Regards Don

The subfloor has been down for about 9 weeks, and the moisture level has been checked with a meter. It was dry enough. The movement became apparent soon after laying. It's not a great amount, but is visible when walked over.
