(electronics) Where to buy a quadrac?

RS sell just the quadrac I want - but as it's from their "extended range" they stick on a £10 surcharge. Considering the device only costs £1.60 I though maybe there's a more economic supplier somewhere? I googled & found a place that wants £12 p&p. (device = Q6010LT) thanks
