Dual Flush toilets (#1s and #2s)

The downside there is it requiers some heavy brickwork, plus decent foundations, to support a few tonnes of water. Plus it looks butt ugly. Hence I'd go for ground level myself.

It only cleans other stuff off, as you say, not limescale.
