digital measure

Hi im looking for digital measures and damp detectors, as anyone used these? It does not have to have pin point accuracy, i have looked on Srewfix and they have a Makita measure for £39.99

or a Ryobi for £29.99 the only damp detector is the Draper for £12.99 help appreciated.

I bought the makita laser tape from Travis perkins about a month ago it says it has an accuracy tolerance of + - 1mm over a 10 mete distance. problem is , it isnt that accurate. Its more like 10mm, an the unit HAS to be held perfectly still while taking the readin otherwise the overall measurement ends up being 20 - 40 mm out, whic is a bit awkward as the bottom of the unit is rounded so it rocks o the wall , floor etc.
