Damp problem caused by dripping radiator

Noticed last friday rather a lot of drips of water coming out of the feed at the corner of the radiator in the dining room. Unfortunately I have no idea how long it's been dripping for except that the damp patch on the concrete spreads 3m which is pretty far so I assume it's been dripping for some time. We were in the process of decorating this room so we've not been using it fully which is an excuse for not noticing it.

What we're worried about is what sort of damage has it done? Is it a case of letting it dry out and all will be fine or has the water done actual damage that needs to be sorted? It's probably been full of central heating inhibitor if that makes a difference. It was dripping directly onto concrete. I've pulled up the tiles that covered the rest of the floor and they are wet underneath. I now have a dehumidifier going in the room and it's filled up twice since saturday.

Totally p*ssed off I hadn't noticed this beforehand but I suppose these things happen :-(

The floor has this yellow gunge like glue on it - how do I get this off?

Any advice folks?

Thanks

I would fix the leak, dump the damaged tiles and remove the gunge from the concrete by softening it with a steam wallpaper stripper. I doubt that the water leak has damaged the concrete, even with inhibitor.
