Not sure about that. Wandering through the woodland seems a little lame to be honest. You do qualify to join the Justice League of America, and you can wear a snazzy green & black costume.
You should also try to make friends with a bloke in a skin tight red costume who can run very fast. Oh - and a weirdo archer.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold. I remember Andy Burns saying something like:
How fkin much? When HID lamps can be bought for a fraction of what they were just a couple of years ago, I think they're taking the piss, somewhat.
Meanwhile this looks interesting, but not available until next year (Dribble ultracapacitor alert)

"As soon as we can get it to work."
I know what you mean, but I did see a mention of one of the distributors having seen a working version and being impressed.

I'm seriously thinking about making one - as I mentioned, HID lights are now fairly cheap and so are powerful yet compact battery packs. Just a simple box with a handle to start with.
Using a headlight bulb, or something more specialised for a torch?
I have a torch that uses a 55W head lamp bulb. It is very bright. I can't image needing one brighter so using a HID headlamp bulb seems a bit OTT. Maybe a lower wattage HID bulb to be as bright but with a smaller battery would be a better idea?

Where's the fun in that?

Just a motorcycle conversion kit - dirt cheap, even cheaper than I was recalling.
If the link provided to this thread said that it was a gun sight, then I think the best plan is to mention that you think it just might be a gun sight targeting device.

A few weeks ago, Herts. Constabulary reported that one of their officers had been temporarily blinded by seeing a green laser reflected in his car mirror.
