Back from an evening out last night to find that the three cold radiators are working again!
Temperature outside yeaterday was around 6-8c compared with -16c the night before, so I can only assume that the pipes were indeed frozen.
Will sort it out this weekend.
Thanks again for all the useful advice.
You urgently need to establish where they froze and apply some lagging. Next time they could burst.
... or just leave the heating running?
