Bright light for bathroom ceiling

I'm interested in recommendations for a bright light for the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling is 2.35 m high & the light can be installed more than 600 mm from the shower/bath, so I think that's "outside the zones". It's impractical to put a compliant light over the shower/bath (low sloped ceiling is all in zone 1), but we have a translucent shower curtain.

I'm looking for something that puts out a lot of light with wide coverage (into the shower/bath & over the sink), low energy consumption (it gets accidentally left on quite a lot), & low maintenance --- maybe one of the LED grid things someone was advising recently?

Thanks.

I have just installed 2 x 7"(approx) LED panels (cool white each 12W) and they give me more than enough light. Bathroom approx 6 feet square.

If you do go down this route I would wire the LEDs to a plug and hang approx where you want just to test the lighting is what you want before you go chopping holes in the ceiling. I got mine off ebay £8 each.
