anti mould paint

i have several walls susceptible to mould growth, black spots. having eliminated the majority of the cause of the damp, i now want to strip off the paint on all the internal walls, back to the plaster, then repaint with an anti mould paint.

wickes do one for 9.99 per 2.5l, own make, home base do a branded one in a red tin for 24.99 which seems a lot.

can anyone recommend me a product for the job? also does this anti- mould paint have to be the only paint on the wall or can you paint over it?

Take a look at 'paint' and 'mould proof paint' articles

its a very old house, you're less likely to get damp problems if you use a more porous paint than modern emulsion, such as a distemper.
