In my case its all executables. There are no html files, and no pages and no images.
they live tucked up snug in a database.

Geoff suggested putting the document up on uk-diy.org. I think it would be good to do that now. I don't think I saw any further comments in the two threads which aren't in the document, but if you think there are, say so.
