Search Google for posts made by a chap called Walter Harley (sometime inhabitant of sci.electronics.design). He seems to do something around the guitar amp business and may have the information you need.

Check the supply voltage to the op-amps is something suitable first. If mains powered look for about +-12 to 15v.
These devices rarely fail unless stressed so I doubt if it's them.
