air in radiators

I have searched the groups and it seems that I am not the only one with air in radiators. I have to air them every half hour and all the troubles started after having a pumped shower installed and a replacement bathroom radiator.

If slowing the pump does not work and there is no sludge in the system

- is there a plan B.
