ADVICE PLEASE

Hi, I have a 15mm copper pipe taking cold water upstairs from the kitchen to feed

1) the toilet 2) the bath 3) the shower and 4) the sink. I want to be able to isolate the above items if required, and I was thinking of fitting a 15mm inline isolating valve in the kitchen. as the hole in these valves is so small would fitting it in the kitchen restrict the demand for water of the above items or not. Thanks

Yes, it would be restrictive. You should instead fit a full bore quarter turn valve, which will not impede the flow.
