Adding a radiator

I want to put a rad in a ground floor en-suite shower room. Directly above are

15mm flow and return pipes, from which that bedroom rad takes its 8mm flow and return. Is itm as simple as inserting another pair of 15mm - 8mm reducers and running pipes down the wall to the rad?

Pretty much. You'll have to drain down or isolate that part of the system of course, unless you want a flood. Unless you catch the water and put it back, you'll need some new inhibitor when you re-fill. [Technically, you need a

*bit* more anyway, because the new rad will increase the overall system volume].

You will need to re-balance the whole system after inserting the new rad.
